Pickup / Delivery Policy (No Delivery, Baby)

By placing an order with Naked Cakes, you agree that all items are pickup only — no delivery and no cake teleportation.
Orders must be picked up on the confirmed date and time.

If you can't make it, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can adjust our baking schedule (we don’t just snap our fingers and cake appears).

⚠️ Missed pickups or last-minute cancellations (less than 48h) may result in:

• No refunds (obviously)

• Restrictions on future orders (aka, we might ghost you)

• Your cake being eaten by our team out of spite (jk… kinda)
