All our treats are freshly made, perishable, and baked with a whole lotta love — which means we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been picked up.
Think something’s gone wrong? Don’t panic, but don’t wait either.
Contact us within 24 hours of pickup with:

Photo evidence (no blurry drama please)
We’ll assess the situation (we’re fair but not fools), and at our discretion, may offer:

A replacement item

A store credit

Or if it’s all good on our side… no action
